China Duan Pty LTD- Trading as Goose Specialty Coffee and Envy Espresso is a cafe/restaurant, dedicated to great food and coffee in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We are seeking an experienced barista to join our passionate and dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible to serve quality cups of coffee with friendly customer service and we are thriving for the best specialty coffee experience!

Your task and responsibilities include:

- Knowledge about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art, and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Knowledge of opening and closing a cafe and the appropriate procedures
- Able to consistently deliver our specialty coffee to each customer.
- Preparation of a variety of coffee beverages, adhering to our recipes and high quality standards.




- Effective and good communication with the customers and the staff
- Ensuring the work area are cleaned and presentable
- Monitoring the stock level to avoid shortage and waste
- Mentoring of the team ensuring productive workflow.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista in specialty coffee preparation.
- Comprehensive understanding in specialty coffee including processing methods, variety and roasting.
- Knowledge of coffee culture.
- Ability to work in a busy environment with minimal supervision

Pay: From $71,600.00 per year
