Project Info ACCIONA delivers major transport, water and social infrastructure projects across Australia, from rail and roads to renewable-backed builds. Our bid teams pursue the next generation of these projects, working with government and private clients nationwide. This role sits at the centre of that activity. You will lead the bids that win ACCIONA's next major projects.

About Opportunity

As Bid Director, you will lead major infrastructure bids for ACCIONA from start to finish. You will run the bid process end to end, shaping win strategy, directing bid teams and delivering compliant, competitive submissions. You will represent ACCIONA to clients, partners and industry stakeholders throughout each pursuit and play a key role in winning the work that shapes our future pipeline.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead bid strategy and win theme development
- Direct cross-functional bid teams through each pursuit
- Manage bid budgets,



resourcing and subcontractor input
- Build and maintain senior client and partner relationships
- Oversee production of compliant, high-quality submissions
- Run bid kick-offs, reviews and executive sign-off
- Drive continuous improvement across bid processes

Required Skills and Competencies

- Degree in engineering, construction or business
- Extensive experience leading major infrastructure bids
- Strong track record managing end-to-end bid processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with government and private infrastructure clients
