BARISTA MANAGER WANTED ☕

Lüneburger German Bakery is looking for an experienced and energetic Barista Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine but also has the leadership skills to manage a busy store and keep the team running smoothly.

About the role:

- Making consistently great coffee in a fast-paced environment
- Leading, training and supporting the team
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Stock control and ordering
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised and well presented
- Helping create a positive and productive team setting

About you:

- Solid barista experience is essential
- Previous management or supervisory experience




- Confident working in a high-volume environment
- Friendly, reliable and hands-on
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Available across weekdays and weekends

We’re looking for someone who leads by example — someone who isn’t afraid to jump on the coffee machine, help the team during busy periods and take ownership of the store. Full-time position
