About the role
You'll be working as part of a busy coffee place a high volume of customers from morning through to afternoon. We need experienced baristas who can move quickly and efficiently without compromising coffee quality, presentation or hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee throughout busy services
- Dialling in and maintaining espresso quality throughout the day
- Producing robust, consistent latte art
- Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume periods
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station
- Providing warm and genuine hospitality to our customers
- Communicating clearly and working closely with the wider front-of-house team
- Supporting opening, closing and daily coffee station procedures
Pay: $26.44 – $48.48 per hour
