Key Responsibilities:

- Expert Customer Service: Engage with customers through open-ended questions to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain a tidy and well-organized cosmetics and fragrance section, including inventory management and stock rotation.
- Team Collaboration: Share your knowledge with colleagues to achieve store goals and enhance team performance.
- Social Media Management: Create and maintain our store's social media presence with guidance from management.




- Sales and Trend Tracking: Drive sales and track KPIs while staying updated on trends and popular products.

About You:

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in makeup application (certification or relevant retail experience preferred).
- Versatile availability, including weekends.
- A genuine passion for customer service and staying current with beauty trends.
