Beauty Therapist – Exceptional Threading Skills

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist with exceptional threading skills to join our salon team in Elanora, Gold Coast.

The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for the beauty industry, excellent technical skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and the confidence to provide a wide range of professional beauty treatments.

Key Skills & Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A strong interest and passion for providing professional beauty services.
- Exceptional threading skills, particularly eyebrow and facial threading.
- Proven skills in brow and lash tinting.
- Experience with lash perming/lifting and brow perming/lamination.
- Strong skills in facials and body waxing.
- Experience providing lash extension services.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- A professional, well-presented appearance at all times.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- The ability to confidently handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- A commitment to delivering 5-star customer service.
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience at the required skill level.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering a wide range of beauty treatments, including:
- Threading
- Brow and lash tinting
- Henna services




- Lash lifting, perming and extensions
- Brow lamination/perming
- Facials
- Body waxing
- Makeup and hair treatments
- Assessing client needs and providing personalised beauty and skincare recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, welcoming and professional salon environment.
- Following all applicable health, safety, hygiene and sanitisation procedures.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate client records.
- Recommending and educating clients about suitable beauty and skincare products.
- Assisting with bookings, reception duties, payments and stock management.
- Supporting salon promotions and marketing activities.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations.

What We Offer The successful applicant will be remunerated according to their skills, experience and applicable Hair and Beauty Industry Award classification level. This is a full time, permanent position offering 38 hours per week over a 5-day roster.

Roster: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as required.
