BOOM is seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Bid and Tender Manager to support our growing pipeline of tenders and customer opportunities across Australia.

Working closely with our Business Development, Operations and functional teams, this is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality tender submissions from commencement through to lodgement across the broader BOOM business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate tenders and expressions of interest from commencement through to submission.
- Develop tender plans, timelines and submission requirements.
- Coordinate input from Operations, Commercial, Finance, HSE, HR/IR, Legal and other internal teams.
- Draft, edit and consolidate tender responses into clear and professional submissions.
- Ensure customer requirements, schedules and compliance obligations are addressed.
- Work with the relevant business leaders to clearly articulate Boom's capability, experience and customer proposition.
- Manage tender portals, documentation, clarifications and submission deadlines.
- Maintain and improve tender templates, capability statements, case studies and supporting material.
- Support presentations, clarification responses and post-tender activities where required.
- Help improve consistency and discipline in the way Boom manages tenders across the business.

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in bids, tenders, proposals or submissions.
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills.




- Good project management and organisational capability.
- The ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders and ensure required tender information is provided within agreed timeframes.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work across several opportunities at the same time.
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of business-to-business contracting.
- Confidence working with operational and technical teams.
- Experience within mining services, industrial services, construction, infrastructure, equipment hire, engineering or labour services would be advantageous but is not essential.
- You may currently be working as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager, Senior Bid Coordinator or Tender Coordinator and looking for an opportunity to take greater ownership of the tender process.
