As a board member you will attend 8 board meetings per year which are typically held on a Tuesday at 5 PM with a duration of 90 to 120 minutes. Board papers are circulated 3-4 days prior to the meeting.

As we are a small organization with only 5 full time staff, ideally you would be able to commit some time to Project related activities or specific board initiatives.

To compliment the skills of the current board, it would be desirable to have some experience in the following;

*Marketing and Fund Raising in the Not-For-Profit setting:

*Community Housing or other Social Welfare Service Provision:

*Human Resource Management:

However anyone with proven management and leadership experience, and who wants to support the homeless of Adelaide is encouraged to apply.
