Flexible Working Arrangements | 4 Weeks, Start Next Week

An experienced Organisational Change Lead is required to support a major ICT transformation program within a local council. This contract role will lead change management activities that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and transition activities.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
- Define and track change success measures.
- Coach leaders and managers through organisational change.
- Embed change management activities into project delivery plans.

About You

- 5+ years' experience in change management on large, complex projects or programs.




- Robust knowledge of change methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working alongside project teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Council experience desirable
