Western Health’s GEM at Home program is recruiting a junior Doctor in Training (PGY3+) to deliver geriatric care at patients’ homes from the Sunshine Hospital hub in Melbourne, VIC. The role combines hospital-based mentorship with community-based practice, enabling learners to gain experience in geriatrics and general practice settings.

You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team, work adaptable full-time or part-time schedules, and contribute to early discharge plans for patients over 65.
