Ventia in Melbourne (Cremorne) seeks a Network Operations Officer to monitor Victorian ITS networks in a 24/7 Operations Centre. You will log, triage and coordinate alarms across SCATS, STREAMS and NMS, create fault tickets in Maximo/MMIS, and dispatch technicians while updating stakeholders. KPI/SLA-driven environment with cross-team collaboration.

Permanent full-time role with 24/7 roster exposure and explicit career development within a major infrastructure services organisation.
