Job Title:

Content Writer | ICT Technical Documentation
Develop high-quality ICT technical documentation across a major government technology environment, working with business, design, project and BAU teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Location:

ACT, VIC, NSW

Contract Duration:

12 months

Security Clearance Requirement:

Ability to obtain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance

Closing Date:

21 September

Essential Tasks:

- Develop Business Requirements Specifications, High Level Designs, Detailed Designs and Test Plans.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to produce implementation plans and test results.
- Create as-built documents, operations manuals, SOPs, lessons learned reports, training and user documentation.




- Maintain current ICT knowledge and contribute to improved technology practices and procedures.

Key Criteria:

- Demonstrated capability developing technical ICT documentation across the project lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, design, project and BAU teams.
- Current knowledge of information technology processes and technical practices.
- Solid capability in building professional relationships and supporting improved ICT practices.
