Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead and manage the team of In-Store Support and Training Specialists. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service and practical guidance to our expanding Franchisee network, strengthening franchise operations, and fostering continuous team development. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic oversight with day-to-day operational support in a energetic food retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage the In-Store Support and Training Specialists team to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the national network.

Provide responsive service, operational guidance, and best-practice advice to Franchisees to help them maximise performance and profitability.

Drive continuous improvement in franchise operations, including standards compliance, customer experience, product quality, and store efficiency.

Design, implement, and oversee training programs and development initiatives that build capability among Franchisees and support staff.

Monitor network performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and collaborate with Franchisees on action plans.

Champion Sandwich Chefs culture, values, and brand standards while nurturing a collaborative,



growth-oriented team environment.

Support the onboarding of new Franchisees and contribute to the overall success of the growing network.

About You

Proven experience in franchise operations, multi-site retail, or food service management (franchise support or field operations experience highly regarded).

Strong people-leadership skills with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities - comfortable working with Franchisees as business partners.

Sound commercial acumen and a practical, solutions-focused approach to operational challenges.

Ability to travel as required to support stores and Franchisees across the network.
