Avant is looking for a change and communications qualified to lead MI change initiatives within its Medical Indemnity division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with delivery teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and embed sustainable change solutions that deliver lasting outcomes.
You will also support effective internal communications and champion the Change Governance Framework to ensure coordinated change across the division.
