The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) in Victoria is recruiting for Aboriginal Family Preservation and Reunification Response Practitioners. This full time, ongoing role is based in Werribee and offers a salary of $92,286.48 - $99,294.52 plus SUPER and NFP Salary Packaging.

You will provide intensive, evidence-informed interventions, undertake outreach visits, and support families and children while coordinating referrals to VACCA programs and external services as needed.
