Our client is an innovative renewable energy power product manufacturer.

This role is ideal for someone technically minded with an electrical background who enjoys hands on technical fault finding and building strong relationships with engineers, productions, customers, subcontractors. This role comes with a great career progress potential to a Service Manager role.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for product faulty finding, technical maintenance and repair, apart from hands on responsibility you will also be overseeing warranty, spare parts inventory, and service operations coordination with subcontractors and engineers across Australia.

- 120-150k+super, permanent full time position
- Base in Northshore area, with onsite parking available

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day hands on service function including both fault finding and maintenance.
- Manage warranty, spare parts, installation and preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain a nationwide network of qualified subcontractors in their field services request.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Sales to improve product quality and customer experience.

About You

- Trade Qualified Electrician .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Not only technically savvy, but a strong communicator with a drive to continue to develop the career into a Service Manager role.
