SB Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage Collections Officer for a six-month temporary assignment in the Sydney CBD. You will manage a portfolio of consumer mortgage accounts up to 30 days in arrears and work with internal teams to recover overdue balances.
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you balance firm recovery targets with empathy, negotiating repayment plans and ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance. Availability to start immediately is preferred.
