The Role

As a Leasing Paralegal, you will be supporting a Partner and team. You will be managing retail shop leasing files mainly as well as some commercial leasing files.

- Reviewing leases
- Drafting and preparing lease documentation and associated agreements
- Managing lease registrations and post‑completion requirements
- Liaising directly with clients
- Negotiation of leasing clauses
- Matter management and general file management duties

About You

- 1 year experience as a leasing paralegal is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication skills
