About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Boilermaker to join our team on a full-time rostered basis.

The Boilermaker is required to assist with the maintenance of the Sawmill, plant and equipment by undertaking repairs and maintenance.

Roster:

- Average of 45 hours per week on an 8/6 roster - day shift only, locally based, be home every night.
- Roster commences on Fridays

Duties will include:

- Perform MMAW, MIG and TIG welding
- Performing routine maintenance/breakdown fabrication repairs on mobile/fixed plant
- Fabricating components for replacement and modifications
- Inspecting equipment for cracks/wear/damage and reporting
- Work with mechanical/ electrical team during breakdown/scheduled maintenance
- Interpret technical drawings and welding procedures

About you:

- Trade certificate (Fabrication)
- WAH, CS, Forklift ticket etc are desirable but not essential
- Safety focused
- Team player
