About the role

These are hands-on positions split between our Narangba workshop and field service work across quarry and industrial sites. You'll be involved in maintenance, shutdowns, breakdowns, fabrication, repairs, and upgrades on a range of fixed and mobile plant, with a strong focus on crushers and quarry equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Boilermakers: structural repairs, chute work, wear plate installation, fabrication, and general heavy maintenance
- Fitters: mechanical maintenance, breakdowns, conveyor systems, crushers, bearings, gearboxes, and plant servicing
- Work both independently and within a team
- Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Work in fast-paced environments
- Work overtime and occasional Saturdays

About you

- Trade qualified Boilermakers and/or Mechanical Fitters
- Experience in quarries, crushers, conveyors, or heavy plant maintenance highly regarded
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work in fast-paced environments




- Willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Additional tickets advantageous: Working at Heights, Confined Space, Forklift Licence, EWP, Dogging, First Aid
