About the role The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the company's day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing financial reports
- Analysing financial performance against budget
- Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems
- Administering all payroll and employee records
- Managing office supplies and vendor relationships
- Processing and filing documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Assisting with tax and compliance documentation as required
- Providing administrative support to management and operational teams

About you

- Competency with Xero
- Experience in a bookkeeping or administrative role, preferably within a small to medium-sized business workplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications




- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong discretion and confidentiality regarding financial and business information
