THE UPSIDE is looking for two passionate and driven Retail Managers to lead our soon-to-re-open store in Mosman and our recently opened store in Manly!

What the role encompasses

- Oversee daily operations of the Mosman or Manly store
- Build and lead your team with support from the Head of Retail
- Develop relationships within the local community and expand our VIP list

- Manage inventory, sales,



and KPIs with a focus on operational excellence

What you bring to the role We’re seeking a dynamic leader with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for wellness and fashion.

You’ll have:

- 2+ years of retail experience, with leadership responsibilities
- A passion for wellness, our brand, and retail
- Robust interpersonal skills to build relationships
- A keen eye for visual merchandising and store execution
- A warm, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
