About the Role
You will oversee all aspects of branch operations — leading your team, growing commercial performance, and building GV Crop Protection's presence across horticultural crop protection, agronomic services, and merchandise. You'll be at the centre of the local horticultural community, working closely with growers and industry partners to deliver outstanding service and sustainable growth.

About You You're a commercially minded leader who thrives on building relationships, developing people, and delivering results for customers and community. You'll ideally bring:
- Leadership experience in agribusiness, horticulture, or rural merchandise
- Strong understanding of horticultural production systems and grower needs
- Experience with crop protection, agronomy, or horticultural inputs (highly regarded)
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for supporting regional communities and Australian horticulture
- The ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and accountability
