House of Alchemy Group is a growing beauty house behind a portfolio of cutting-edge beauty brands.

We’re creating this role to support one of our brands as it enters an exciting new phase and prepares to become retail-ready. You’ll be joining at a genuine ground-floor moment, with the opportunity to help shape how the brand builds awareness, creates buzz and shows up as it scales.

We’re looking for a brand-obsessed, culturally plugged-in, always-online Brand Assistant to join us 2 days a week. Someone who genuinely loves beauty, lives on TikTok and Instagram, spots a trend before it becomes a trend, and understands what makes people stop scrolling, share, talk and ultimately buy.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across PR and influencer outreach, alongside opportunities to support launches, collaborations, seeding and broader marketing initiatives.

What you'll do:

- Own PR outreach by pitching products and stories, building media relationships and getting the brand in front of the right editors, publications and beauty platforms
- Own influencer outreach by identifying relevant creators, managing outreach and building genuine, long-term relationships with talent who fit the brand
- Coordinate giveaways and brand collaborations with like-minded brands and partners to create buzz, grow reach and introduce the brand to new audiences
- Stay relentlessly plugged into culture across TikTok, Instagram and the wider beauty space, spotting viral trends, emerging creators, competitor activity and opportunities before they become mainstream
- Support product launches and campaigns, including gifting, seeding, launch planning and campaign coordination
- Support retail readiness as the brand prepares to enter retail, helping ensure the brand,



marketing activity and launch moments are ready to make an impact
- Jump into other marketing projects as needed. No two days will look exactly the same.

You'll be a great fit if you are...

- Are genuinely, unapologetically obsessed with beauty and know the brands, products, creators and conversations shaping the category
- Live on social media and instinctively understand why something is going viral
- Know the difference between a trend that has legs and one that will disappear tomorrow
- Are naturally curious and constantly asking, “What’s next?”
- Are confident communicating with everyone from a beauty editor to a creator in their DMs
- Are highly organised, proactive and able to keep multiple moving pieces on track
- Have strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Have some experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, communications or marketing through work, internships or your own projects
- Have a genuine interest in building brands, not just completing tasks
- Can offer some flexibility when time-sensitive PR, creator or campaign opportunities pop up outside your usual working days
- This role is only open to candidates based in Sydney
