As part of St Albans Hospitality, you’ll join a growing hospitality group behind some of Brisbane’s leading venues, including Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster, Sushi Room and Sunshine.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast Bar Supervisor to take the lead on our morning service and help set the tone for an exceptional day at Hellenika.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being on the floor - leading the team, making great coffee, connecting with our guests and keeping service running seamlessly.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team, you’ll support and develop the breakfast team while ensuring the service and guest experience Hellenika is known for is delivered every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead from the front – oversee breakfast service, support the team and keep the floor running smoothly.
- Bring the coffee skills – prepare consistently excellent espresso coffee and maintain high presentation standards.
- Create memorable mornings – deliver warm, genuine service and build relationships with our regular guests.
- Develop your team – coach,



mentor and support team members to build confidence and capability.
- Keep things running seamlessly – support opening procedures, stock levels, cleanliness and service standards throughout the morning.

About You You’re an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team but is equally happy jumping on the coffee machine or helping wherever needed.

You’ll bring

- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Waiter within a quality café, restaurant or premium hospitality setting.
- Strong barista skills and confidence producing consistently high-quality coffee.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, great food and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills with a calm, positive approach during busy services.
- A current Queensland RSA, or willingness to obtain one, and full working rights in Australia.
