Tick Tok Café is a much-loved local favourite in Williamstown, known for quality food, consistency, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help take our offering to the next level.

This is a serious leadership role suited to someone who values quality, creativity, and calm execution in a fast-paced café environment.

About the Role

As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, overseeing day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional food standards and consistency. You will play a key role in shaping the menu, leading the team, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Full management of kitchen operations
- Menu development, including seasonal menus and weekly specials
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Stock control, ordering, and cost management




- Ensuring compliance with OHS and food safety standards
- Training, mentoring, and leading a small kitchen team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers
- Creating a positive, calm, and productive kitchen culture
