The Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Contract Presenter to join our Contracts Administration team.

In this role, you will conduct Building Contract appointments with clients, ensuring they understand their plans, pricing, inclusions, variations and contract documentation. You'll provide a positive customer experience while supporting a smooth handover into the next stage of the build process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled Building Contract signing appointments with clients
- Review contract documentation and identify errors, omissions or discrepancies
- Clearly explain plans, pricing, inclusions, upgrades, allowances and supporting documentation
- Explain differences between the Sales Quotation and final Building Contract, including pricing changes
- Liaise with Sales, Estimating, Drafting, Pre-site and Construction teams to resolve queries
- Ensure all required parties correctly sign contract documentation
- Prepare and finalise Post Contract Variations arising from contract appointments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is processed and filed correctly
- Meet required appointment, contract and variation timeframes

The Person

- A minimum of three years’ experience in a client-facing, construction or contract administration role
- Knowledge of residential construction processes and documentation
- Ability to clearly explain contracts, pricing and variations to clients
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
