As a Sundancer Homes Residential Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for new customers building their dream home. You’ll guide clients through our process with honesty, clarity, and confidence while helping them choose the right design, inclusions, and package for their needs.

This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, understands residential building, and thrives in a structured and energetic display-home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in our display home and deliver a premium, honest experience
- Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable home designs
- Prepare pricing, tenders, and contract documents with accuracy and detail
- Maintain CRM notes, follow-up pipelines, and meet key sales metrics
- Work closely with our drafting, estimating, and operations teams
- Represent Sundancer Homes professionally at all times (personally and our display homes)
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, marketing, and sales processes

About You: We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in new home residential sales/building to step straight into the role (Mandatory)
- Comfortable working weekends and managing a busy display home

- A team player with a positive attitude and solid communication skills

Location & Hours This role is based at our Leneva display homes with scope to transfer to our Thurgoona display home that is under construction.

Weekend work is essential, with rostered days off provided.
