About the Role

Afterpay Arena is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join our Operations team.

Reporting to the Assets Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and operation of the Arena’s building services, plant, equipment and infrastructure, supporting the safe and seamless delivery of concerts, sporting events and live entertainment.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in building services, facilities management or building maintenance.
- Has knowledge of BCMS, FMX and asset management systems.
- Has experience coordinating contractors, service providers and suppliers.
- Has strong knowledge of preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Has excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office.
- Holds a current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and event days when required.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the Arena.
- Manage the asset register and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and operate building systems, including BCMS, electrical, lighting and refrigeration.
- Assist with the management of Presentation Services operations by working closely with Arena's contracted cleaning service provider.
- Support utilities, sustainability and environmental initiatives.
- Assist with capital works and maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate asset, maintenance and compliance records.
- Coordinate post-event inspections and damage reporting.




- Support event operations and deputise for the Assets Manager when required.
