About the role

High-volume bulk food production in a busy production kitchen. Preparing and cooking large quantities while maintaining quality and consistency, working efficiently to meet production deadlines, maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards, and assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation.

About you

- Previous experience in a commercial or production kitchen
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Ability to guide kitchen hands
- Robust time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, hardworking,



and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Must already have full working rights in Australia
