Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Business Analyst for a contract of 6 months contract role based out of Australia.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

Role:

- Work on real time customer facing situations and provide consulting to create viable and winning solutions

- Career grooming by industry experts

- Defined glidepath for career progression and opportunity to explore current areas within Genpact from finance to insurance to banking to retail to automotive to healthcare

- Leading strategic initiatives within Genpact like knowledge content creation and help building service lines etc.

- Engage in client facing roles and build business relationships to get more business for Genpact





- Constant connect with executive leadership for mentorship & guidance

Responsibilities:

- Build the solutions using Statistical Analysis and Advanced Analytics tools, technologies and techniques

- Data mapping, modeling, extraction, cleansing and processing from multiple data sources to meet information needs of the client's business

- Create future state data governance structures and create new ways of working

- Data cleansing and establish data business rules for the enterprise, product, vendors and customers

- Build automated reporting and dashboards leveraging advanced analytics and automation

- Partner with lead solutions architects in developing solution designs and proofs of concept

- Support knowledge initiatives within the organization, which include the creation of case studies, training, writing white papers, etc.
