Business Analyst | HRIS Transformation Project Your new company

Join a well-established organisation undertaking a strategic HR transformation initiative. As part of a major HRIS replacement project, they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering the program from inception through to implementation.

Your current role

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across the early discovery and planning phases of a HRIS transformation. You will engage with stakeholders to understand current HR processes, gather and document requirements, map future-state processes, and support organisational change throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Analyse and document current and future-state HR business processes
- Produce business requirements, process maps and project documentation
- Support the selection, design and implementation of a recent HRIS platform
- Partner with project and business stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- Contribute to change impact assessments and adoption activities





What you'll need to succeed:

- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS, ERP or enterprise transformation projects
- Strong requirements elicitation and business process modelling skills
- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments
- Exposure to change management and business transformation initiatives
- Ability to operate autonomously and quickly understand business needs
- Knowledge of HR systems, HR operations, workforce management or employee lifecycle processes will be highly regarded
