HCPA is looking for a Business Consultant – Audit Pilot to join our team and work closely with clients across NDIS, Aged Care, Healthcare, Community Services and other highly regulated industries.

This is a client-facing consulting and advisory role where you’ll help organisations understand their compliance and operational requirements, identify gaps, improve processes and embed better ways of working using Audit Pilot, our regulatory technology platform.

You’ll work with both current and existing clients, building trusted relationships while helping them achieve meaningful business outcomes — and identifying opportunities to expand their use of HCPA’s solutions where there is a genuine client need.

What you’ll be doing

- Work directly with clients to understand their business, operational and compliance needs
- Support clients with audit readiness, compliance improvement and operational processes
- Identify gaps, risks, non-conformities and opportunities for improvement
- Help clients understand requirements and translate them into practical actions
- Guide clients through Audit Pilot implementation, adoption and ongoing use
- Conduct client meetings, workshops and consultations with a range of stakeholders
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor
- Monitor client engagement, adoption and value to support retention and ongoing use
- Coordinate implementation activities, actions and follow-ups
- Track issues, corrective actions and client requirements through to resolution




- Identify opportunities for additional HCPA solutions where they genuinely add value
- Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve the product and client experience
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and activity within CRM and internal systems
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and other internal teams

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines strong client advisory skills with practical knowledge of compliance, audit, quality or regulated environments.

You may come from a background in:

- Business consulting or advisory
- Compliance, risk, quality or audit
- Customer success / client success
- Implementation or professional services
- Account management with a strong advisory component
- Operations or continuous improvement within a regulated industry

You'll ideally have:
- Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Practical understanding of audit, compliance, quality or regulatory requirements
- Experience identifying gaps and helping organisations implement improvements
- Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
- Confidence working with technology, CRM and SaaS platforms
- A commercially minded approach and ability to identify client growth opportunities




- Experience in a regulated environment such as NDIS, Aged Care, Healthcare, Community Services or another highly regulated sector is highly desirable
