Acredia builds the clinical, quality, compliance and operational software that 80+ Australian residential aged care homes run on every day. We're a small, product-led team with deep sector credibility — and we're expanding. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to lead that push.

The role

You'll own recent business end to end: building the pipeline, running discovery with executive and clinical decision-makers, demonstrating the platform, and closing. Once a contract is signed, our implementation and account management team takes the relationship forward — so your focus stays where it should be, on winning new homes.

You'll work directly with the CEO on target segments, pricing and positioning. There's no layer of process between you and the decisions that matter.

What you'll do

- Build and manage a pipeline of residential aged care providers
- Run discovery, tailored demonstrations and proposal processes with CEOs, quality managers and directors of nursing
- Represent Acredia at sector conferences and industry events
- Work with marketing on campaigns,



content and lead generation that actually convert
- Keep CRM records accurate and forecast honestly

What you'll bring

- Proven B2B software sales experience, ideally 3+ years closing multi-stakeholder deals
- Working knowledge of Australian residential aged care — the funding model, the Quality Standards, the pressures providers are under. Sector experience beats SaaS experience if we have to choose.
- Credibility with both clinical and executive buyers
- Self-direction. This is a fully remote role, so you'll need to build your own pipeline and run your own week without close supervision.
