Impact Labels is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager with strong FMCG relationships and experience in labels, packaging, print, or a closely related sector.

This is a high-impact commercial role for a confident, energetic sales professional who knows how to open doors, uncover opportunities, and turn relationships into sustainable revenue. You will have the backing of an experienced local team, advanced production capabilities, and a business trusted by leading brands across Australia.

The prospect

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will take ownership of recent business development while growing a portfolio of valued accounts.

You will

- Identify and secure new opportunities across the FMCG, label, and packaging markets
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to commercial agreement
- Grow existing accounts by understanding customers’ evolving needs
- Partner with production and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain a focused, commercially valuable pipeline
- Represent Impact Labels confidently at client meetings and industry events
- Contribute market insights and ideas that help shape our continued growth

What you’ll bring You are a credible and commercially minded sales professional who combines energy and initiative with a thoughtful, consultative approach.

Ideally, you will offer:

- Demonstrated success in business development and account growth
- Experience in labels, packaging, print, FMCG, or a related industry
- An established network within the FMCG sector
- A strong record of winning business and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills




- The ability to understand customer challenges and develop practical solutions
- Sound knowledge of print processes, packaging solutions, and customer requirements
- A disciplined approach to pipeline management and commercial follow-through
- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a supportive team
- A Brisbane base and flexibility to travel when required
