Take ownership of an established territory with plenty of room to grow.

HSP Vehicle Accessories is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of premium ute and 4x4 accessories. We design, manufacture and supply products across Australia through a large network of distributors, dealerships, automotive retailers and major industry partners.

We're now looking for someone on the ground in NSW to take ownership of one of our biggest growth opportunities.

Historically, NSW, ACT and QLD have largely been managed from our Melbourne head office. We already have the customers, products, brand and infrastructure.

Now we want someone in the territory who can take it further.

The role

This is a field-based sales and business development role. You'll spend your time visiting customers, building relationships, finding new opportunities and growing HSP's presence throughout the territory.

You'll be responsible for

- Managing and growing existing distributor and customer relationships
- Finding and opening new accounts
- Visiting dealerships, automotive retailers, 4x4 stores and distributors
- Identifying opportunities within existing accounts
- Training and supporting customers on HSP products
- Developing new business across NSW, ACT and QLD
- Working closely with our Melbourne sales, marketing and customer service teams
- Taking genuine ownership of your territory and its performance

This isn't a desk-based account management role. You'll be on the road, in front of customers and actively building the territory.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with proven sales experience who's ready to take ownership of a territory and hit the ground running. You may already be a Territory Manager or BDM,



or you might be an experienced sales rep ready to take the next step.

You'll probably suit HSP if you:

- Have a strong track record in sales and building customer relationships
- Are confident developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Can work independently and manage your own territory
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable being on the road
- Are commercially minded and can spot opportunities
- Enjoy getting in front of customers and building genuine relationships
- Are driven by results and want your performance to directly influence what you earn

Experience in automotive, 4x4, dealerships, parts, trade, wholesale or a similar B2B setting would be highly regarded. You'll have plenty of support from our Melbourne team and we'll teach you everything you need to know about HSP and our products but we're looking for someone who already knows how to sell and manage customer relationships.
