McCare Australia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across the Australian market.

This role will focus on building and securing partnerships with hospitals, aged care providers, NDIS providers, healthcare organizations, and other employers with skilled workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Australia.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of employer and institutional partnerships.
- Engage with employers to understand their workforce and recruitment needs.
- Present McCare’s workforce solutions and international recruitment capabilities.
- Negotiate and secure manpower supply contracts, service agreements, MOUs, and partnership arrangements.
- Develop long-term relationships with hospitals, aged care facilities, NDIS providers, healthcare organizations, and corporate employers.
- Work closely with Recruitment and Operations to ensure employer workforce requirements are successfully fulfilled.
- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships with universities, training providers, industry associations, and other organizations.
- Identify opportunities to support revenue growth across McCare’s service offerings.
- Conduct business presentations, employer consultations, and partnership discussions.




- Monitor the business development pipeline, conversion rates, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely business development reports.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Experience developing and closing business partnerships or service agreements.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into partnerships.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and organizational stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and results-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and reporting skills.
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, NDIS, recruitment, workforce solutions, education, or international recruitment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Recruitment, Operations, and other teams.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
