What you'll do

- Own client onboarding: application intake, document collection, coordination with our compliance team (24–48h review SLA).
- Build and refine operations playbooks for KYC, funding, and first-payment flows.
- Coordinate partnerships (Xero, card issuers, payment rails) and track integration status.
- Run quarterly client reviews; surface expansion and product requests to the founding team.
- Help maintain the pricing and fee schedule and competitor benchmarks.
