What We’re Looking For

We want someone with genuine experience—someone who knows how to have a proper conversation with a customer, understand their needs, and guide them through finance with clarity and confidence. Ideally, you bring:



✅ Deep knowledge of F&I; and a strong sales background

✅ Previous experience in a used car or mixed-brand dealership

✅ A “relationship-first” approach to customer service

✅ High personal standards of integrity, accuracy, and compliance

✅ A steady hand, calm under pressure, and consistent in performance

Your Role in the Dealership

Working closely with our sales team, you’ll:

- Offer clear, tailored finance and insurance options for a broad range of vehicles
- Secure finance approvals and liaise professionally with lenders
- Handle paperwork with precision and keep everything above board
- Support and mentor the sales team on F&I; best practices
- Ensure every customer leaves with a outstanding deal and peace of mind
