What this opportunity involves:
As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a vital role in managing facilities across a diverse portfolio of owned properties and leased premises for our Telstra account. This position sits at the heart of service delivery, where you'll coordinate day-to-day facilities management activities and support both client tenants and Facilities Managers in maintaining exceptional operational standards. You'll be the go-to contact for facilities management within your designated entities, ensuring that any site difficulties are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities.

This onsite position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring everyone stays safe through compliance with all health, safety, and risk management policies. An overview of the role:
Coordinate facilities management activities and manage work orders through Corrigo, ensuring timely completion and smooth operations across the Telstra portfolio
Partner with the Property Services Centre and service providers to resolve escalations efficiently, maintaining exceptional service standards and client satisfaction
Assist in developing Maintenance Plans, reviewing property inspection programs, and verifying invoicing against contracted rates to ensure optimal facility operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for Facilities Management, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and risk management policies
Maintain property database systems and be available for after-hours emergency calls seven days a week, responding promptly to urgent situations

Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening capabilities
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple concurrent issues within tight operational deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and efficient keyboard and data entry skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated, confident, and flexible team player who adapts well to rapidly changing situations and works effectively with minimal supervision
Experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related field preferred, along with knowledge of Workplace Management Systems (WMS) or Corrigo platforms
