Are you a technically minded Business Systems Analyst who enjoys solving complex challenges, improving business processes, and delivering innovative technology solutions? Join our Information Services team and play a key role in supporting the systems that enable the delivery of essential Council services.

Your role will provide hands-on specialist support, aiming to enhance organisational efficiency across multiple departments, deliver high levels of service and offer end-user support for ongoing systems and customer service improvements throughout the organisation.

You will have qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), together with demonstrated experience supporting enterprise business applications in a complex ICT workplace. Experience in local government will be highly regarded.

You will bring strong technical skills, including:

- Experience supporting Civica Authority ERP or similar enterprise systems.
- Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, SharePoint,



Teams, Power Platform, and SQL Server.
- PowerShell, SQL, Python, APIs, and automation technologies.
- Power BI dashboard and reporting development.
- Experience with ESRI and Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) is desirable.

Proven experience implementing business applications, developing system integrations, supporting organisational change, maintaining documentation, delivering user training, and resolving complex technical issues will be highly regarded. Salary Range $106,960 to $111,686 per annum plus superannuation.
