Role Purpose

This is a high-impact role at the centre of Intrax's next phase of growth.

As the Business Transformation Lead, you will drive enterprise-wide improvement by embedding smarter ways of working across the business. You won't just design solutions you will deliver, embed and scale them, using automation, systems and AI as practical enablers.

Reporting directly to the COO, this role sits outside IT and is focused on execution and outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of operations, technology and commercial priorities translating real business problems into solutions that stick. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a growing, national business works at scale, with visibility across leadership and direct influence on performance.

You will

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives from problem definition through to implementation, stabilisation and adoption
- Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and optimise workflows
- Translate complex, ambiguous challenges into explicit scope,



requirements and delivery plans
- Act as the bridge between operations, IT, internal developers and external vendors
- Partner directly with operational leaders and frontline teams to solve real business problems
- Evaluate and optimise systems, integrations, automation platforms and AI-enabled tools
- Track delivery, manage dependencies and remove blockers to maintain momentum
- Drive adoption and behavioural change, ensuring solutions are embedded into day-to-day operations
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, simplifying technical concepts into practical actions
- Maintain a prioritised pipeline of transformation initiatives aligned to measurable business outcomes

- Strong business analysis capability — structuring ambiguity into clear, actionable problems
- High technical literacy across systems, integrations, data and AI-enabled tools
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across operations and technology
- Strong commercial judgement balancing speed, risk, cost and value
- A results-driven mindset, focused on outcomes, adoption and measurable impact
