Our Byron Bay team is led by Kate Bruce, supported by an experienced and team-oriented leadership team with deep technical expertise and commercial insight. Together, they bring a forward-thinking approach to client service, combining high-quality advice with a practical, real-world perspective.

We are growing and looking for a motivated Accountant to join our Byron Bay team.

The Role

As an Accountant, you will support our team in delivering outstanding service and help create positive outcomes for our high-end client base. Our areas of specialty include:

- Structuring for growth

- Forecasting and planning

- International Taxation

- Business Accounting and Taxation
- Wealth and Superannuation structuring and taxation

The Successful Candidate We’re looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and ready to take the next step in their career. You will ideally bring:

- A degree in Accounting and progress toward (or interest in) CA qualification




- Around 2+ years’ experience in a public practice firm
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Experience with Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM) highly regarded but not essential
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and

collaborate effectively within a team
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and continuously improving
- We value well-rounded individuals who bring interests and achievements outside of work,

whether in sport, the arts, business, community involvement or other areas .
