Cafe Manager – BAKE’D Punchbowl

Full-Time | Punchbowl, NSW BAKE’D Sydney is looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our busy Punchbowl location.

We are seeking a strong hospitality leader who can manage day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team and maintain excellent standards across customer service, coffee and overall café operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
- Lead, train and motivate the FOH team
- Prepare and manage staff rosters and labour costs
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Oversee coffee quality and barista standards
- Manage stock, ordering, wastage and inventory
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and company procedures are followed
- Manage customer feedback professionally
- Monitor sales, labour and operational performance
- Support the business in achieving sales and profitability targets

About You

- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality management role




- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Barista and specialty coffee experience highly regarded
- Confident managing a high-volume breakfast and lunch operation
- Strong understanding of rostering, labour costs and stock control
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable and hands-on
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
