We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to join our team At Parkside cafe
About the role
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café
● Lead, train and motivate the team
● Manage staff rosters and daily operations
● Maintain excellent customer service standards
● Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
● Manage stock, ordering and wastage
● Ensure food, coffee and service quality remains consistently high
● Assist with opening and closing procedures
● Help create a positive, energetic workplace culture
Pay: $26.53 – $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
