Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to lead frontline rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts at Windsor care home. This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and focuses on staffing stability for residents, families and health professionals.
You will coordinate direct, contracting and labour hire rosters, manage allocations and back-ups, and drive improvements in rostering processes and systems to support smooth operations.
