Job Description

NSW Health in Wollongong is seeking an Aboriginal Care Coordinator to support, guide and refer Aboriginal clients to timely ISLHD cancer services, aiming to improve access and equity for Aboriginal people. The role prioritises patient-centered care and culturally secure approaches within the Illawarra Shoalhaven community.

The position emphasises care coordination, connection to land and family, and addressing factors such as language, kinship, inter-generational trauma and socio-economic issues
