ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We're on the hunt for a Store Manager who brings the energy, the leadership chops, and a genuine love for little feet. You'll take the reins at Shoes & Sox Fountain Gate, leading a team in a store that's all about comfort, confidence, and fun.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You'll be the store's captain, coach and cheerleader, making sure every shift runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and customers leave with smiles (and shoes).

- Lead the floor, roster shifts, run daily briefs, and set the pace so every shift hits its targets
- Coach your crew, recognise the wins, work through the tough moments, and help your team grow into their roles
- Own your numbers, track sales, KPIs and store performance, and adjust on the fly to hit targets
- Keep the store fit for a photo shoot, visual merchandising, presentation and cleanliness that stops customers in their tracks
- Manage stock like a pro, accurate receiving, smart replenishment, and tight loss prevention to keep shrinkage down
- Build a secure, inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and set up to succeed
