Role Description

The Center Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Currumbin Waters, QLD, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring an excellent client experience. This role manages staff scheduling, monitors service delivery, and coordinates use and maintenance of recovery technologies and equipment. The Center Manager handles client inquiries and bookings, supports front‑of‑house processes, and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. They track operational performance, support basic financial and administrative tasks, and implement standard operating procedures. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on service improvements, local marketing initiatives,



and community engagement to grow the center’s client base.

Qualifications

- Experience in center, clinic, or facility management, including coordination of daily operations and staff oversight.
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record‑keeping, and attention to detail.
- Basic financial and business skills, such as handling payments, monitoring budgets, and supporting reporting.
- Interest in health, wellness, sports, or rehabilitation, with the ability to understand and explain recovery services.
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
- Comfort using technology and booking systems; experience with clinic or fitness software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a wellness, healthcare, fitness, or allied health environment is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in business, health, fitness, or management are advantageous but not mandatory.
