Exciting Opportunity for a 2IC to help lead our Smartland Varsity Lakes!

Role Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated 2IC (Assistant Campus Manager) to support the Campus Manager and lead the delivery of high-quality curriculum across the service. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership attributes and a genuine passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence.

The successful candidate will need:

a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

a current and valid Working with Children Check

a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG

an ability to interpret curriculum documents

effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

Assist the Campus Manager when needed and support/lead your team when required.

Provide children with a protected, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.

Participate in professional and personal development.

Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision,
